General Returns/Change of Mind

Should you change your mind about a product after the order Natural Pantry may, at our discretion, provide you with a refund or a credit on condition you notify us via our contact us page within two (2) days of receiving your order.

Goods should not be returned without receiving a confirmation email from Natural Pantry. Approved returned goods must be received unopened, complete and in its original packaging for a refund or credit to be issued.

We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items. Please note postage charges will not be refunded and return postage costs are at the customer’s expense. All refunds will incur an administration processing fee of 10% of the items invoiced value.

Please note that even if the order was shipped with free shipping the actual shipping cost will be deducted before refund. In case an item is returned due to incorrect address or any other reason a refund will be issued less the actual shipping cost.

Damages and Claims

Upon receipt of your order please check all products received against your original order before opening, marking or using them.

If, for any reason you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we are happy to offer a replacement, refund or credit. No delivery and handling charges will be charged on replacement of faulty items.

To report any damaged, faulty or incorrect products please notify us by contact us page within two (2) days of receiving your order. Failure to advise us within two (2) days may result in your claim being declined.

We ask you kindly return the goods with all labels and original packaging. Please allow 7 days for a refund to be processed.
